How long does a typical installation take?
Most residential installations are complete in a single visit — usually 2 to 4 hours, depending on the number of pieces. Larger homes and commercial projects (hotels, atriums, multi-floor offices) are scheduled in coordinated phases. We handle everything: delivery, plant prep, placement, drainage, and same-day clean-up.
What does the Plant Replacement Guarantee cover?
If any plant in our maintenance program fails to thrive, we replace it at no cost — same species, same size, no questions asked. It’s the cornerstone of how we work: you should never have to worry about a plant.
How often does the maintenance team visit?
Most programs include weekly visits. Our plant technicians water, trim, rotate, leaf-clean, and monitor for pests and disease. The schedule is yours — we work around your hours and your life.
Do you work with both residential and commercial clients?
Both. Our portfolio spans private residences in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale, luxury hotels, businesses, healthcare campuses, corporate offices, and cultural institutions across Arizona.
How do you choose which plants are right for my space?
We visit before we recommend. Every plant choice is made on-site: we measure available light at different times of day, consider HVAC patterns, look at traffic flow, and discuss how the space is used. Then we propose a curated palette — usually 2-3 options per location.
What is the typical investment range?
Residential projects typically start around \$2,500 for a curated 5–8 piece installation. Commercial scope varies widely. We always provide a written proposal with itemized costs before any work begins — and consultations are always complimentary.
